Ppl are so digusting. I read some comments. Just bcz u guys have read too much bl and feel like a cute short guy should only be taking it. Projecting this bizarre notion onto others and a straight guy is just so freaking disgusting. Just imagine your friend or brother having such a body type. This is a very deep level of humiliation to a guy. To be talking like that about him. He is straight. He loves his gf and she loves him. Firstly, they are young children in highschool. I dont care if its a story, dont tell me to chill. Its a very relatable story. This could happen to ppl. I have a male friend who though not bullied, but fits yeonwoos criteria. Utterly disgusting. Istg watching too much explicit content has made everyone’s brain rotten. Ik there arent that many real and relatable stories here (with all those mafia,yakuza , toxic stolkholm yaoi, i wiont fall in love but always did fall in love stupid predictable isekai romance, and dungeon breaks and level up action). But atleast in stories like this. Plz have some self awareness. Please.

I mean i read yaoi too. But believe it or not. I love stories so reading all sorts of different stories really makes me happy and bl is one of it. I know in terms of entertainment, alot of stories include things that just dont apply to normal ppl . So a person tend to ignore it for their own mind’s peace. Thats why i dont berate ppl on whatever toxic story there is. I get it, some stories are made to cater to certain type of audiences or a certain type of mood a person is in. I also tend to read such stories for the entertainment purpose. But we all can agree that there are stories out there, that hit close to home, that are relatable and about real circumstances. I think we should seperate our dark fantasies and keep them in those stories and not bring it into stories like these and tarnish its innocence. And tbh as I mentioned before. I have a friend who is like yeonwoo. So, it really breaks my heart that if one day, a guy like yeonwoo might be reading this story and he looks at the comments such as those. And feel like his whole existance is being made fun of, that he doesnt deserve to be in a normal relationship, doesnt deserve to be loved or love a person who he likes. Its too heartbreaking. Arent we all reading this story? Isnt this exactly his concern in this story? How can ppl talk like that about him in comments and doing exactly something similar to what this same character is having been through in the story. Its really heartbreaking for me.

I totally agree with you and understand you completely. I just got so angry while reading these comments that I really couldn’t control myself and had to write something about this. God now that you mentioned these things. I am again angry. Not ur fault. But these comments really made me so angry and sad. I just cant believe there are ppl so insensitive out there. I really wish ppl just put themselves in other ppl and characters place and think. That how would it feel if so and so was my situation and so and so person said such bs about me. Yes. Few times back i heard of a drama or maybe it was an anime. There are stories like this but very rare. Stories like this arent that widely accepted. Bcz most women like to see hot cool guys as ml who are dependable and mentally strong while if guys read romance so they also like to see a masculine guy that they want to be like or can relate to. Its just my rough guess that thats probably the reason. Also this story isnt only about the height difference. Its more than that. Their personalities and interests also dont fit the normal gender norms and i like that. I have seen many girls who are cool, athletic, aloof so from fl side, i am not surprised. But not onece i have seen a real guy who is as docile, as softhearted and with peculiar interests like yeonwoo such as cooking, a person has 1 or so quality but all these traits mixed together dont give the normal masculine image a guy usually has. And thats what i like about this story. Bcz why cant a guy be softhearted, and docile, why does he need to be masculine? Why does he need to be strong? Why guys cant be their own individuals whithout being tagged as gay or something. Many times such guys are given such labels and have to live an unfair life. Just bcz he isnt strong, does it mean, he cant even love someone with his desired sexual preference? Why is everyone in this story and the comments pushing this narrative in him to choose to be the wife of the relationship. Why does it have to be that way? I just dont get it. If woman can be strong or dominant. Why cant men be submissive? I really dont get it. I want to see how this story goes. How is this sensitive topic dealt with. Bcz tbh. I am telling you. I have seen it happen. Yeonwoo is lucky that he has a good guy friend even tho he is unlucky to be bullied. But i have seen ppl like this. Their guy friends dont even invite them out to hang, only using them. Girls form up a grp and talk behind their back, that why is he always sticking around with girls and not hanging out with boys (like they bring him along themselves and then complain why he isnt manly enough, why he hangs with girls only.etc etc) i have even seen a girl say, maybe they have something wrong inside them and thats why they are what they are. I have seen all this happening. So i really very seriously am very interested in this story, bcz there are ppl like yeonwoo in real life. And i really hope that ppl show some love and kindness to such guys like him. I hope that this world is kinder to ppl who dont fit the norm.

Probably the only story i liked without even liking the mc. I just couldnt connect with him. The story was plot driven not character driven. So besides his goal and sense of justice you really cant ge5 a read on him. Same with all the characters. Makes you feel like you are watching it all happen right in front of you so you have no idea what the ppl are actually thinking in their head or what their personality is like.
