So I see a lot of comments saying that they cant forgive what she did and that she should live with guilt and never forget what happened, while I understand that she is not a perfect mc she is not the monster that some of yall make it seem, she committed many mistakes and bad things which cannot be excused, but in this chapter we see how the captain made her submit into fear, we can clearly see that she is scared of him and we see him take advantage of that and push her to become like this. A lot of yall read because where the Male lead is a tyrant/killer but never judge the male leads as much as you judge the mc in here and idk but i think that weird, idk if this made sense
Ikr the double standards are really showing in some people- like y’all ok with a ML emperor killing people for no reason cause he’s a hot anime boy, but y’all attack the MC when she has an actual reason to why she kills (fear, manipulation by captain, and mountains of bills she had to pay off)
