Anyone else notice the odd shadows the mangaka adds to the nose when the face is angled toward the reader? http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/silver_fujita_kazuko/mf/v01/c003/1/

And I'm already rolling my eyes with how melodramatic it is. The things they do make no sense, even given their history. She riles him up (actually smashes his glasses off his face) and then acts all wistful and bitter that they can't be together. What the actual hell is wrong with both of them. It's not even a dysfunctional relationship that my heart can feel for, it's just two stupid people being stupid.

I don't care if a language isn't your native language and you're not proficient at it. Leave it for someone who is proficient at it to do the translating. OR, if you feel like you absolutely must do it, have someone who is proficient in the language you're translating from do some proofreading before you submit it. It doesn't cost a dime to do so, and just because something is free doesn't mean that I should accept shoddy work. I write fanfiction for free, but I don't submit shitty writing for people to read. I make edits of photos for free, but I don't submit shitty ones without expecting criticism.
I'm sick and tired of people thinking something being free means that I should automatically accept it without criticism. I don't know if you know this, but people are willing to wait for a good translation around here. I don't really care if the new chapter uploads follow a set schedule, as long as they're decent quality.
German isn't my native language and neither is Spanish, but am I going to translate something from German to Spanish and expect praise for "trying" even though it'll be shit? No, not unless I'm getting graded for it or it's a private tutoring session. The whole point of translating is that a message being conveyed in one language is made intelligible to a non-native speaker with THEIR language. Is that so hard for y'all to understand?
Forget the idea that quality must be tied to monetary compensation. If it's a hobby, you shouldn't need anything but experience as your payment.

Am I supposed to care that the poison expert poisoned herself? If she dies that's on her, not Saotome. Saotome has absolutely no moral imperative to help someone who is stupid and desperate enough to poison themselves for a measly win. If you can't win by your own guile or ability, you don't deserve to be the head of your family, that's it.

Whatever Tengo's backstory is, it doesn't give him the excuse to fuck with another emotionally damaged person. Seeing how uncomfortable and scared Aoki was the first time Tengo masturbated him was heartbreaking for me. It was essentially assault, no two ways about it. Even though I have a few problems with Ten Count, at least the seme allowed the uke to know him a little more and *gradually* worked up to sexual activities with him.
I'm kind of tired of characters literally fucking with these psychologically damaged victims and it somehow leading to a "breakthrough" in their issues regardless, because that's not how it works. I want some realism and some responsible people in these kinds of stories, damnit! (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
The references to famous paintings in Michiru's poses? The Kiss, Ophelia, etc.?
