Althou he cannot resurrect Clayman but there still a small portion or residue of clayman in rimuru's stomach which he later transfer & fuse to Tear. Becoz Tear was heavily injured after Jahil tried to kill hear.. Footman was actually Jahil.. The true villain and happens to be an older brother of demon lord Valentine..
