The plot has so much potential but instead the outcome doesnt meet it. Can we talk about why didnt he go to the hospital yet? Besides if you have so much money, with technology like humanoids, i'm sure they can do full sampling at home to be sent to the labs. I mean you can do it at our tech level unless you need an MRI or smth. Everything else can be brought to your home. And then there's these cheesy situations that happen everytime thats overtaking the plot and its stuck with no progress. Its getting boring to see their lives repeat the same wake up, eat, sleep. I like cheesy when its done in a good way. This is kinda sad, i want to like this one but its difficult.

He doesnt need to be hospitalised at an actual hospital. If you have money you can do it at home. And hospitals dont just hand out patient's reports to anyone. Unless you're in a comma or smth. Even if you're his parent, if the patient is sane and an adult you need release papers to be able to share such information. Also, he has a doctor that visits him at home. It makes no difference than having a private dr at a hospital. Private clinics/hospitals exist. Discretion is there. That was annoying but really the unnecessary repetition of the daily lives without a spec of actual story is whats confusing me.
I think what everyone is missing here is that its a story, its not real, authors have the freedom to be wild as much as they want to be in order to convey the events they want to convey. They dont have to follow anything based on reality. They dont need to be happy stories, you as the reader should read these with open mind. Rape is not okay, however, you cant condone the author for portraying it. If it triggers you, you shouldnt be reading dark stories to begin with. And as i said in previous comments, this is actually light hearted compared to what lords have done in the past in real history. Rape? I'm not sure they even knew what that means, they just got what they wanted. Some were so evil, you wonder if they were even human. Now lets just let the author do whatever they want, and us readers judge if we like it or not based on story telling rather than rape is horrible its not okay. No shit sherlock.
