I don't get y'all are complaining. I mean MC and the boss were lovers in 1st life, the boss was MC's main sponsor/backer. Meanwhile in MC's point of view ML is a crush/unrequited love who were in a loving, highly matched relationship with another guide (the hobae/junior/younger woman). Of course in second life it's more logical to approach past lover for help rather than a distant crush.
Reading the comments I'm glad a lot of people are criticizing this story. There was a time when webtoon about toxic/abusive relationship is all the rage, one of the most popular ones is Killing Stalking. Even the psycho abuser have a lot of fans.
to this day im still infuriated by how fans took Killing Stalking rather than the well crafted thriller and HORROR story it was made to be. that shit STAYS PISSING ME OFF, its actually heartwarming somewhat to see so many people criticize this
One of the reason I never finish KS, because a lot of people glorified abuse because of it. I wonder how that happened. If we compare with Jinx where ML is depicted as handsome with great body, and MC is cute.. KS is not like that. The artwork/drawing style fit for horror story. Yet, people reaction to psycho abuser seems fanatical to me, the way they gush about how hot and attractive the abuser is.
it was genuinely so odd. ok he’s handsome. now what. he’s a brutal serial killer + the main character may have been a victim however he is also a creepy stalker. that was the whole fcking point of the story of demented people in a normal world with a tragic past and no mental help granted or support. it shows the horrors of humanity even within an attractive person and within a delicate frail person as well. it shows literally anyone can be a monster but it felt like so much was just drawn out to be “ooh handsome gays !” like what.
