Could be. Tbh Ueda acted more like the matchmaker rather than the boyfriend. He's so eager for the seme and uke to spend more time together plus he knows about the uke feelings towards the seme and their past history. It's fishy.
Really like the art and the story is good too. I think they ended up together but I bet it'll take some time for Umi to believe that Aki like him as more than sempai-kouhai. This manga have so much potential for a sequel.
