It's cute, it's heartwarming, and honestly I really really love how adorable Kakeru is, super duper cute I wanna take him home myself.

But the sister thing... Ngl I felt dread at first. But I'm still giving it the benefit of doubts and hopefully it wasn't romantic, what's she's feeling towards her brother. I'm hoping it's just sibling attachment which not unusual with an ailing/absent parent/s. I hope it's just her feeling lonely and closed off due to the circumstance and she's just holding on to her brother for that. It was portrayed quite worrisome, but still hoping for that. I used to be dependent towards my big sis, so much that i don't care for my other family members except her, that's due to one was neglecting me and the two others abused me, she was the only good thing in my life at the time. Growing up, I realized i still kept the items she gave me safely. So here i am, hoping this is the case with this sister brother thing going on :')

Really love their bantering fr. Also it's refreshing that the person transmigrated into novel didn't try to pretend to be the body they possessed. She's just being her usual modern Korean woman, which mean ofc occasional slips which makes it hilarious. And her not trying to hide her old soul and just made it seems like she lost her innocence, I really love that. And that the Duke character as a father wasn't excessive, he's just being a good father, reasonably like any other father

Honestly speaking the only green flag is Cedric. It's like a competition of 2 psychos and an angel, but it is one of the psychos whose presence felt so strongly as if the author favors him more than the other. Am I sad about it? Nah, I love me unhinged characters for the read, interestingly and quite unfortunately, goody two shoes sometimes fall flat.

What sad is the way Maythan seems to develop backwards lol. It's truly baffles me that he readily welcomed Ian, when he didn't do so to other characters at the beginning, it is almost ooc for him to do that. Was he charmed? Hexed? Who knows really, I'm still hoping that there's a reason to his -questionable- behavior

Not gonna lie but the first couple of chapters got me the ick, seme was pushy and kinda creepy. He also got mysterious/creepy smiles occasionally, as if there's hidden meaning to it.

But turned out not all all. Once i got pass that, the story is just chef's kiss, beautiful, fluffy, consensual, supportive, each being considerate with the other, and quite healthy.

They say new experience is good to overwrite old and bad experience, it helps to get through it and welcome a new life which is hopefully better and healthier. But that is no excuse to hurt someone else in the pursuit of one's betterment.

Garam himself should know his capabilities, limits and insight, so that he notice or realize that before starting something he was traumatized about, he needs to straighten up first. If the issue is something which needs time to be resolved, yet the chance presented themselves before he was entirely ready, the least he could do was being honest with himself and the partner involved.

I think I really like the consistency of the character's emotional drives and behavioral patterns in this. Survivor guilt is hard, and it's been a constant theme until the end. Also the seme's manipulative & calculating behavior also remained consistent along with their growth. He was just built into the stone cold character that he has due to his harsh environment, but inanely he's capable of genuine feelings when he lets go.

Also, this one started off lukewarm at best, in my opinion that is. But then it builds up, it gets interesting. Although it lacks peripheral views to others outside the important characters (I'm guessing due to the limited chapters), it was still good enough. I quite enjoyed it, but it was the ending which changed my opinion and decided to keep this one in my list. O poor my pillow to be drenched by the precipitation of my eyes.

Overall, I skipped sleeping to read this hehe

Garam's parents basically knew about his preference right, and they weren't so tight because of it. But the hospital scene tells me it wasn't that bad and I'm hoping to see some grown in that, I want to see the family explicitly accept him.

Meanwhile Jaehyuk's parents considered "conservative", how would that go down? Not all non hetero comes out, it's their choice. But there's a difference in staying in the closet to those in the knowing. I really hope he will make the right judgement and effort for Garam and proves it to him there's nothing for him to be afraid of Jaehyuk's love, unlike his past.
