Guys I HIGHLY recommend reading the novel. Just finished the last chapter of the side story (chapter 165) and omg the progression is unreal. Tae-jeong truly spends a good portion grovelling, reflecting and learning how to love properly. The last few paragraphs of the chapter actually had me kinda emotional ╥ ╥

Some quotes from Ki Tae-jeong in chapter 165 as he's writing his will before going into battle:

I can't help but feel that Seo-an isn't going about this the right way. Now don't get me wrong I don't doubt for even a second that Seo-an doesn't care or love Woowon, but my baby maybe it's time you took your man to therapy?? You know as horrific and awful as this story is, and with everything that happens to Jiwook. Seeing how he is as a person and just the way he speaks, treats and thinks of others, it's truly so hard to feel sorry for him. Yes he might have not deserved the FULL extent of what Juyeon puts him through but now that I know the whole story of their past and what Jiwook did and how he CONTINUES to act. Damn idk if I'm the bad guy for thinking he deserves this karma :/
