I always felt like yeonoh has always been a (soft) bratty sub, and he stays consistent in his character. Anyway, i love this story a lot lol. Its been kinda push and pull between Jh and Yo so far, but i feel like this meeting is gonna be a turning point in their relationship hahah ill accept any ending but them ending up together would be awesome
I really enjoy this story so far. Not much going on between jh and yo at the time being but im excited for future chapters (lmao can you tell im thirsty for their interactions?) Its true when ppl said this tsory is toxic or cliche or that jh has no redeeming qualities. But for some reason i rly enjoy stories with twisted characters like that lol while this story has some cliche kdrama plots/theme, i thinks its the writing that makes it so enjoyable for me.
I know riftan's character arc right now is frustrating, but i think most ppl forgot that this story's theme is (i kinda forgot the exact wording myself but its something along the line of-) the perfect(?) love story of the imperfect (pls correct me lol)
So the thing is both maxi and ruftan are written as very flawed characters. While riftan's affection was swoonworthy in the early arc, there will come a point where that alone is not enough for a healthy relationship and his flaw which is his overprotectivenss and paranoia come to surface (which is right now), and he will be working on it albeit in a very, painfully, excruciating slow burn.
I do have my moments of wanting to pull my hair on their lack of deep communication, but all in all, im REALLY enjoying the show
Maxi is flawed as well but Riftan treating her like a convenient hole, telling her that her dreams are impossible, treating her like a child but fucks her when he feels like it, judging her for being scared of him and assuming she lived like a fairy without asking her what she was like in childhood, cutting her off when she's about to say something about her feelings are signs of a narcissist douchebag
Like his POV in novel can't even erase my frustration with him in the early chapters! Also the manga readers here haven't completed the novel yet so of course they are judging Riftan in the present.
Yeah, I get you and other readers' frustration as well. although I'm not as frustrated, if i were to be very honest i think Riftan was kinda douchey since the very beginning, at least that was my first impression since i have a soft spot for soft spoken/anxious characters like Maxi. I dont read the novel either but I just heard that Riftan's character development or redemption will come sooner or later so I'm just kinda enjoting the ride right now heh
Well yeah I'm staying because I'm curious for Maxi's development and how her powers are going to grow, Riftan pisses me off but I can't choke his thick ass neck. He still stays as an overprotective douchebag but not that much since their communication improved after like 250 plus chapters hahaha. I'm gonna wait for like 3 years to come.
I actually have the opposite feelings. I didn't like Riftan at the beginning and while now it's not that it changed, I can understand him better and now I find myself tired of Maxi.
This chapter is so freaking sexy! The author's other work has nicer art and while the story is pretty good too, i like this story more^^
I feel rly bad for yeonoh. He's suffering so much rn but its ok im sure jh will take him as his wife soo and treat him like a princess his whole life cuz yeonoh bestboy deserves it!!
I guess this story is more of an intriguing, psychology genre with twists and turns rather than romance. Is there a novel for this and can anyone spoil me if the FL will have a happy ending or will forever stuck in this toxic marriage? This story is quite interesting to read btw

Why is there so many ppl complaining? I truly enjoy this story and i feel like there's alot of things that i like about it. If you dont, fine. No need to question others who do. this comic let you down? that's your problem, who ask you to have high expectation in the first place. You read it here illegally for free anyway
I agree with you. It's disappointing that some people are creating "toxic" "not good" comments on this manhwa when it's actually a well written story. They are seeing the shallow theme of the story and encouraging people not to read this. This is the reason why we get less manhwas that are actually good.

Lotsa ppl complaining abt this story haha. I personally enjoy the plot and the characters, no matter how flawed they are. I read quite alot of bl lately and rarely i feel so invested like i do with this story. So excited for next chapters.
I dont care how difficult it is for jaekyung, him being pissy towards EVERY SINGLE PERSON on his team makes him look like spoilt overgrown manchild he thinks the world revolves around him. He has so many ppl supporting him, if everyone decides to leave him, he'd sink to the bottom in no time. Ok mybe not but he'd probably be throwing tantrums then hahah
