They had some rly cute moments tbf, the beginning was insane and very difficult to get past, i can understand it slightly better in the context of anthropomorphic animals not necessarily being the same as humans etc etc but yeah I was wondering how exactly they were gonna try and redeem Ren considering how bad it was, the reveal of the medication thing does make it better imo though the wolf tribe's communication was terrible!! i think him working at a sex club as a trainer/manager also entails being open to being requested if it was a really pressing request, iirc him training might also include penetration but not until he finishes, just bc he is takahiro who cant come if its not mareo. the other trainers i think have the same responsibility too in training that may include penetration, and that bc their standards in training are p lax or broad, the sex club may as well view it as them being able to sleep with a client upon heavy request.
i think mareo was privvy to him being the trainer and still jealous about it but doing his best to accept that this was takahiro's work (trainer) but sleeping with a client with the intent to be paid for sex and not to train was a different matter that he should have been told of, but not easy to not understand neither.
for takahiro, his job in the sex club was a manager/trainer that may extend to sex with clients if he was able to, and in a strict professional manner, much like what other trainers do, and seems like a norm for their sex club to be open to. for mareo, he only assumed/knew takahiro's trainer part of his work.
sorry im not good at wording that's rlly long TT i feel like mareo eventually understood that his boyfriend IS working at a sex club so being asked to have paid sex and accepting it wasnt rlly outrageous, which was why he was able to move past it that quick for us, but he was also completely valid because he rlly should have been told that and clarified that because takahiro knew it would be important for him and make him sad. They are both monogamous, but they treat their work as professionally as they can treat it by separating sex work from their life as lovers starting out (takahiro doesn't like it but tried to be understanding and accepted that mareo was doing sex work at the brothel)
