How do we deal with narcissism and delusional behavior? Take a step away from the person that's exuding that behavior, and watch their life take a turn for the worse. You think you can get away with stuff like that, expecting things to go your way. Honey, that ain't happening. I've seen real cases like this and the illusion simply vanished or will vanish away.

So the two of them do get married. Yay! But fl still feels like she needs to be a certain way for the public since she's never experienced married life before. And the two of them were trying for a baby. Sadly there was a miscarriage.
ML nephew is obsessive (I think he's been a relationship and it didn't work out) and somehow that comes back around on fl. Long story short, fl catches the nephews interest from like several interactions between them and letters exchanged. He becomes obsessed with her. Skip over to ml lead finding out through some alteration between fl and nephew. Ml busts in and threatens his nephew with a gun, tells him to leave. That starts an argument between ML and FL. They're salty with each other for a while and then they eventually get over it. Nephew gets to study abroad. And I think FL was able to get pregnant. Bruh, this is why I can't with this church. Like they have completely stepped away from what "church" is supposed to be cause all places of worship were and aren't supposed to be like this, but certain folks got their grubby little hands on it and changed so much, folks can't tell what's right anymore
Atp the church and its officials are just there to preach "faith in god" and not their teachings or principles. Its their way of holding the narrative and have control over the people because its one of their nation's strongest qualities(?), per se
When a devotee firmly believes in the authority of a diety, naturally they also stand by the "fact" that their god should be at the top, higher than the imperial family itself. An Authority higher than the royals themselves is the goal of the church thus why they're imposing their power and reducing the powerful families so the other's wouldn't cross them:)

Wow. So the original Penelope is just...gone? That's actually sad. Her soul was crushed from numerous tries in Normal mode to defeat "Yvonne" and after the final try she was just gone. And our FL was chosen to fix things and end this loop once and for all. I'm tbh, I'm just glad Callisto is sticking by her. He's madly in love and will literally burn down a nation for her and I'm here for it
The penelope we've been reading this entire time IS the original penelope! Her reborn soul was sent far back in time to where her body (and everyone else) was trapped in a loop.
