I full heartedly agree! I read the novel first and liked the ending and when I saw the side stories, I was hoping to see some chapters of the main couple being sweet together with the child who was supposed to look exactly like chengjin and not lutao. I think the artist just wanted to milk off of this but it became an awful copycat of Mr. Dior.

I came here after seeing a tiktok video. Isn't this one the one with a baby?? I'm on chap2 but its seems like I'm reading a diff one. In the video there was a baby held by the uke and a white haired guy who wanted to hug the baby but the baby cried and the next scene shifted to the seme(dad) hugging the baby.
