it had me thinking that the MC escaped from an Asylum. But what if this world was just another one of her fantasy/delusion? an alice in wonderland type of thing.

why the low rating???? i read this and also the novel. this is sooo good and mature! art is amazingly beautiful and the story is so realistic that you can feel empathetic towards the characters. I hope when others rate this, they think of this as a story not real life
