It's been hard to get into Bora & Jay because its honestly a much different story than our first couple.
Like the first couple was way more fluffier. It was a cute developing romance. Our FL was very open about finding and wanting to pursue love, and the ML had some pining
This is very different with Bora & Jay. It's less fluffy, it's hampered by misunderstandings and secrets. It's a bit heavier than our first couple.
And while I get Bora's intentions in a way, its just a very different tone that the first one. Thats why it feels tiring to read after having firt such a lighter, cuter love development.
I can get if it was like a FOIL to the first couple, but I think if they developed the story lines at the same tieme, instead of one after another, it would be an easier read
