The Spanish translations used to have up to around chapter 27 but it got deleted till chapter 15. Here’s what I remember from what I read- spoiler warning :3
The red hair guy rapes the uke and continues to do so. I think the uke never told the seme because he was scared. One day they had to cross a wooden rope bride but when the uke was crossing the red hair guy cut the rope so the uke fell into the river. The uke washed up in a poor village and helps the people (with his doctor skills). The uke then soon meets an emperor(?)/nobleman(?) (just someone rich ig) and stays with him. (Emperor kinda sus tbh). The seme tries to look for the uke and manages to find his way to the poor village (and then kind of have a killing spree)
Also I just wanted to mention this- I think it’s because I used to wear a mask 10h a day, I really feel bad for the uke wearing glasses attached to a rubber band. That shit hurts like hell... the emperor gives his new glasses tho thank the yaoi gods

I'm guessing the plot will go like every other yaoi manga where the uke finds a new guy then the seme:
1. torments uke
2. rips off his ugly ass pride for once
3. somehow makes the uke to become his
4. seme actually becomes nice(?)
there's really no other way this type of story will end without one of those points above
but no complaining, im in for this :)
