I also noticed the German being way off, but I believe this isn't done by a translation group on mangago , but maybe on the original site.
I was wondering about that as well ... I find the bl hilarious but if this is the translation from the original site, it speaks volumes about the quality of their content xD (atleast in my opinion)
I don't think they're translating the German parts from the German, but from the Korean instead, because obviously the raws still needed translations for the German parts
