I know that there are Drama CDs for this manga, but there are also Drama CDs for a couple of other pairings under the same name... is there another manga for the other pairs or are they just CD exclusive characters?

On MAL IT says that the manga's finished in 72 chapters I really wonder when these will be translated and what's the hold up?
It has been a while since I read this one you will have to look up the group and check out the status of the title.
Most likely reasons: 1. The manga got licenced in English and the title was dropped 2. The group scanlating don't have access to the chapters or don't have funding for them 3. The group scanlating have disbanded or no longer have time to work on it 4. The title was dropped because of lack of interest or broken sharing rules, etc...
There may be a chance that they are just on hiatus but it may be that it was dropped for some reason, you will have to check it out yourself.
