I'm not the one asked but in the earlier chapters when dragon was mistaking CurrentMc for his mate PastMc, he mentions about knowing PastMc's g-spot. I highly doubt he'd know something about this unless their relationship became sexual. There's a big chance that they fucked when dragon is in his adult form but to me it still is sus, like woody Allen levels of sus considering dragon kid's behavior is that of a child who knew nothing of the world when Mc met him.
