This manga just proved to me that i'm way more judgmental when reading non BL mangas, since this one has the same vibes as the other two from the same mangaka, yet i liked it far less, since it's shoujo ai xD

While as a yaoi and a manga itself, i did enjoy this, there is no way i can enjoy watching a character i love getting gang raped, i even freakin teared up at a point ╥﹏╥
Besides, while it's possible for Gintoki to have fallen for a trap like that, he is just as strong and able to deal with sh*t as Takasugi and Hijikata. He would have beaten them up himself afterwards, not obediently allowed them to rape him again

I feel that this depiction of a pet owner seme is more on point. A nose in the air snob, who uses and sees humans as pets, will never develop real feelings and be 'fluffy an' sweet'. At most he sees him as an animal to be taken care of and pampered, and later disposed of when bored, the same such ppl do with dogs.
I'm glad that the uke realized his situation, and it shows that he isn't an animal, but i feel that it won't change much, since he already gave up on himself, and clings to his masters to provide him purpose and maintain him
All in all, i like it it even more after breaking it down, since short stories like these are the best when you spend some time filling in the gaps left by mangaks.
There is no need for every story too be a fluffy one, i actually think that prolonging this would make it worse, since that type of uke never stands up for himself. Making this fluffy the uke would just be a toy for someone else, who ''cares for him'' but still treat's him like a dog
