I read this the first time when it was being translated actively and had a lot of fun but it's definitely more fun and understandable when read altogether.
I like the simplicity of this story tbh, it's just two office workers but they're esper and guide and the whole crux of the story is unbreakable shield (jaeha's distrust) versus unstoppable sword (jiyoon being a psycho- I mean, his love)
It's just a fun read with the bouncing back and forth and the humor in the story along with the absurd lengths that jiyoon goes to. I also love how this artist does imagery in a lot of places when they're explaining the characters more abstractly. My favorite bit I think is when jaeha is talking about an esper being like a king and seeing someone like that bow to you feels good
The imagery of that scene is just a piece of red fabric draped around jiyoon and he bows and idk how to explain it it's just a nice set of panels
Anyways, I also like that jaeha is kinda really distrustful because honestly I get it. Espers in this story are so desperate to find that perfect match that you can kinda get why someone would think "do they like me or is this just survival instinct". I mean idk what he's worried about, Jiyoon is unrecyclable trash but in a likeable way. He's funny but I promise no one wants this man jaeha.
Sorry I just keep going on but I just love this story and kinda wish we got side stories. It's a rom com in a way but dialled up to 11 because this mf can break buildings with his mind and he's out here pulling out top tier aegyo to brush it under the run
