First off, bless our boy's heart, he's a little stupid. But second off the mother worrying about how he's gonna live in the world is so sweet and so real. The world is unnecessarily cruel to anyone lgbt+ when truly it isn't a choice or a statement, it's them trying to live with themselves

I don't love this story, tbh not even sure if I like it but that intro told me one thing about this story and that is it's going to be a little more realistic about how they treat women, at least for the time period. This isn't a feel good shoujo manhwa from what I'm seeing
i will give it one thing though, the way they're telling the story does a good job of showing character flaws. Like the male lead is super imperfect, he's overly distrustful, immature, and inept at communicating any of his thoughts. And tbh I usually hate when a character does something dumb to show innocence but in this situation, for once, I feel like her picking insignificant flowers really cements how much she disregards her own life
Ok nevermind I do like a few things about this one, I think the artists did well showing characters and their flaws/characteristics. I think the female lead's personality is a little confusing but I haven't seen enough to figure out where the incongruity comes from
