yes! bisexuals don't have to have a preference! bisexual means being attracted to two or more genders, so bisexuals can like men, women, non-binary etc, the scale of which gender they are more attracted to more doesn't have to be equal or anything. but the difference between bisexual and pansexual is applied here. pansexuals do not care about gender but the personality of the person they are attracted to. you can be bisexual and say "i like everyone," instead of the norm. of "i like boys and girls" or "i swing both ways" because bisexuality isn't limited to just men and women. but pansexuals are attracted to the person itself!!! seungchan says "i don't care whether they are a girl or a boy, i like a person because of who they are inside;" stating that seungchan is pansexual, because he likes the person for the person and gender doesn't matter in the case. i don't know if this makes sense or not, but please know the difference between bisexuality and pansexuality! i may not be entirely correct, but with the information i have i do think seungchan is pansexual. hopefully the author will go more in-depth with his sexuality.
