Ik they’ll both get character development later but RAPE SHOULD NEVER BE TAKEN LIGHTLY, like he might have agreed to be a sex partner, meaning he “supposedly has given his consent for sex” but he didn’t give his consent before that, and that’s not okay. I notice in a lot of yaoi, bl/etc, (it’s also in straight horny mangas too but I mostly see it in yaoi) where the main character gets raped by the love interest AND THEY TAKE IT LIGHTLY ONLY BECAUSE THEY LIKE THEM (or they’re gonna end up with them) and that’s NOT OKAY. Rape shouldn’t be romanticized.

I wanted so badly for Sihoon to change. I felt so strongly attached to him and my heart broke when I found out he was dead, than I was so hopeful when it turned out he was alive, but then my heart was shattered again when he turned out to be such an unstable person. I wanted to see his character development and see him change and the best case scenario would be him still ending up as friends with Myeongchan. But now the chances of all that are gone. He keeps only causing sadness and struggles for Myeongchan whose barely holding on. I really didn’t want Sihoon to become a bad character, but i think he’s destined for to become one. WE NEED THAT CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT SO BADLY RN CREATOR but I’m afraid it might never happen. :(
Even though MD’s actions are toxic, I still find them sorta excusable and understand them. And for those comments that say I’m only doing this because MD is hot or something, are you dumb? Are you thar dim-witted to think that all people still think like that? This is 2020 wake up. People have changed and the times have matured. I am well aware of what MD has done, but can you take into consideration what Chanwoo has done? MD isnt the only one whose lied and had wrong actions. Oh the reason I didn’t write that was because I’ve already written it in previous chapters and people have already pointed it out, so I thought where was no need to talk about it. The thing Chanwoo did “wrong” was when MD asked him about his BF and the abuse he didn’t answer. I’m not saying he had to tell MD, we don’t know what Chanwoo was going through but we do know that hurt MD a bit. But that’s not really important, the main thing Chanwoo did wrong was rejecting MD and saying he wasn’t ready for a relationship, but then meeting another dude and then dating him. He shouldn’t have lied to MD like that, I know he was just nervous and scared to be in relationship with MD and losing the relationship he already had with MD, but he should’ve just told MD what he was thinking, instead of letting MD get hurt and doing this toxic payback thing. But like I’ve said before, Chanwoo is hurting, so I wouldn’t have expected him to just straight out tell MD about his feelings. It’s really all in perspective, they’re both in the wrong. And they just need to work it out (:
