One thing’s for sure, those two suck at faking a relationship. And the fact that that other bxtch knows where he works and what his work schedule is like, even though he didn’t tell her a thing about it, officially puts her in the same league as stalkers.
Hate this all you want, but I personally wanted him to do that dangerous mission so I’m looking forward to it
I’m also not necessarily a fan of couples where one of the two people is solely devoted to the other, almost as if they don’t have a separate drive to live their own lives. So the fact that he was able to walk away with that blank look in his face was actually impressive to me. I hope the reunion takes a little while, and I’m still shipping his ex-mercenary subordinate with blondie.
While I respect her being in love with him, I’m glad she isn’t just a pushover. I hope she figures out a way to eet the money she needs because her “cousin” might get in trouble trying to keep her out of it just because he has feelings for her, which she will never return. Second male leads are always so sad, man. I hope he gets a good love interest.
Dang, he was ready to put his body on the line in order to run from that he emotional pull he just felt
Aaahhh, now it finally makes sense why the story starts in the year 1997. Really liking this plot so far. Everyone she knew is either dead or super old right now, though
1. Wow, he had a boat and a house prepared for her? That’s no joke. I wonder if her divorcing Esdra was something he was envisioning to happen later on or if it’s just a few things she can have on her even while married.
2. Something I’m especially looking forward to is Lucrezia’s destroyed facial expression once she realizes she’ll never have him.
3. Glad you arrived in time to see Adelaide come out on top, Cesar. Sit down and relax.
They better figure shxt out with that empress. My boy Ignis ain’t dying. And I’m glad she told Letio she wouldn’t date him even if Ignis wasn’t in the picture. I wish we saw the conversation Ignis had with her father, though
Fkn hell, I was so happy about her raising kids but the author had to F this up for me by turning the kid into a ML. Fkn really?! So fkn annoying, why do they keep having FL raise boys who turn into MLs? wtf is the appeal in that?!
After binging the first 20 chapters, I decided to drop it. The way I understand it, FL and her friend loved each other for 10 years and the black haired girl who’s obsessed with him is basically doing a fantastic job of getting on their way. And seeing the time she’s spending with his brother, not only will the black haired girl succeed in keeping them apart, but she’s also quickly moving on. I’m just annoyed with that entire narrative. And according to the comment section, the FL not only never bothered confessing her feelings to her friend, she was also dating other people. No chance of me coming back to this.
lol it’s precisely because he thinks he has her all figured out that he’ll fall for her. She won’t meet his expectations at every turn. I wish I could access the raws
Backstory has been fire so far. What I’m understanding is she was basically summoned by them, then probably died and returned to her old world where she forgot any of that happened. Then she died in her old world and reincarnated in theirs, but as the empress. She definitely has something special going with her soul.
SPOILER
<spoiler>Since I heard she’ll die again and the emperor will become tyrannical, I’m actually looking forward to that part of the story. If he really becomes a tyrant, then I’m especially looking forward to his mother, Lyn and that guy who’s backing her having to face his tyranny because they killed the woman he loves. I like when people have to face the consequences of their shadiness in the worst way. </spoiler>
Bruh. Just tell her you’re the crown prince already. And why is the emperor still the emperor? Man is pissing me straight off. Put the crown prince on the throne already!
Man, I really wish I had found this when it had 50+ chapters. On another note, how fd up would it be if they start having some kind of father/daughter dynamic from now on?
I love that her conversation with Cesare was enough to snap her out of the mood she was in the last time she was in a setting where they were having this type of conversation. It’s like it emboldened her and I’m here for it. I hope she keeps it up til the end, since Lucrezia is on some shady shxt.
I’m loving the heck out of this revenge she’s on. I’m only sad she felt she needed to restore to surgery, but I appreciate the way that’s also a struggle for her now, to truly see and recognize her own self and think about the way others perceive her.
Maaan, she’s so badass. I think my favorite thing about this story is how witches like our FL are completely exempt from being ruled by anyone. She’s a top dog, no one can tell her shxt (probably except for her aunt of course) and she’s in top of her game at all times.
One thing is clear: both the women are lunatics. I just care more about mine and that’s the MC lmao.
