Brett really is one of the hottest and unique BL characters, when Hayden got shot I'm sure he was worried but still during all that commotion he was quick witted and executed what he needed to.
I dislike that in most BLs if the bottom is a rich kid the authors make them dumb(I got into an argument about it few days ago regarding Byul lol) while they need the help of the smart less privileged top to compensate the power dynamics, so it's refreshing to see Brett.
(Not talking about Ceo, mafia bottoms because imo most of them are written as smart or self made and I love them!)
I hope the narrative shows them as being in the wrong at the end, if after eating a bunch of them and people later finding out that aliens really were the ones deceiving and using them and doing insidious stuff will be too convenient and predictable.
In this chapter I'm not yet convinced the aliens really are something terrible, it just showed a few terrible ones just like how some asshole humans exist irl. The matter of humans putting them on a pedestal and being afraid of prosecuting them exists and I'll have to see more of the situation to form an opinion.

Why does she keep talking about age like all the time, I know it fits the situation and maybe insecurity too but if she just thinks about it in her mind instead of saying it I would like it more. i’m pretty sure it’s a huge deal in SK because they even consider you a senior even if you’re 1 year older, so 10 years is quite a lot of you think about a conservative country like that.

South Korea is a seniority-based country, a product from confucianism. Age is a sensitive issue in SK, when they meet a new acquantaince, and they cant tell the age based on appearance, the first thing they do is their age so they know how to address them properly with the correct honorifics. If your country is conservative then consider SK is more conservative than your country.

Yeah I agree with you, I've read many straight or BL korean manhwas with age gap but this is the first one I've had to make a comment like this so I believe it has more to do with her issues than just SK culture.
