Okay, so, the delivery man was cursed or had like this weird thing that happened to him and he passed it on to the c of that chapter. That is why he grinned at the MC of that chapter. It also explains why he kept saying "thank you". I think that, on Webtoon, it shows the MC pass it on to something else.
