I despise the writer.... also why do I think he still got more dark ulterior motives to show? His past with the older bro is weird, that ear comparison he did with MC and his bro is also weird.... Was the writer into older bro in the past then got broken hearted over his pulling away and getting married? But then now he’s urging MC to kill him.... idk his true motivations, I just know his creepiness and sketchiness surpasses way more his attractiveness. I really hope MC stops banging him soon, ugh. The writer just treats him as a resilient prostitute but instead of money is giving him poison. He just likes the way MC is stronger to rough sex compared to his other boy toys, and how he can use him to cause caos to the family. For real if the writer is the ML he needs to go though really great character development because as he is now I’m absolutely disgusted by him

You know, the ex husband did lots of hurtful and terrible things. But I also can’t get over how he thought Hayame was doing sex work after the separation, like really dude? WTF? Don’t you know the woman you married at all?
I don’t care whatever sob story he has. He doesn’t deserve to be in Hayame’s life anymore, not even as a friend, so I hope this isn’t leading up to some arc supposed to make us feel kinda bad for ex husband.
Forgiving doesn’t mean accepting that person in your life again, even as just a friend. I hope Hayame stays clear off this dude!

So I love my boy Jeremy a lot.... but after the time skip I can’t help but find that sometimes his body seems way too built for his head / babyface? He’s still handsome though. Maybe it’s just a matter of getting used to his new body.
Also I’M DYING to see Cassis grown up version, if someone could spoil me when he’ll shown up again I’ll be so happy :’)
I went to read the raws.
In conclusion, I feel like this story had really great art and a pretty interesting plot but..... It somehow got drowned on waaaay to much rape and useless sex scenes. There’s just SO much rape. Now, I don’t mind rape when it’s important to the story or even as a occasional fanservice, but MC gets raped by the writer, by his father, has a freaky threesome with the writer and his female lover.... Meanwhile the brother gets raped by his wife while drunk, raped by his schoolmates in a flashback, raped by the writer..... The father also raped MC’s mother, that’s how the sister was born.... It was just way too much! If I lived in this world I would lock all doors and put a chastity belt 24/7.
The main villains (the writer and the father) pretty much torture MC and his brother by the great majority of the story. It’s a really painful read and I feel like MANY scenes were just overused as rape fanservice, kinda squashing the interesting plot on way too much rape. I’d much rather have seen less of the writer to be honest. The romantic and angsty interactions between MC and his brother were beautiful and heart wrenching, so much more interesting than these long, looooooong rape and sex scenes. I was so relieved when the main villains finally disappeared, but for my personal taste, I’d still have preferred if the writer appeared less (I couldn’t give a shit about his appearances, especially his freaky interactions with the MC and all his other lovers, because yeah, this man got massive screen time and there were just tons of scenes where he bangs other people asides from MC. I just kept skimming because that really couldn’t hold my interest).
"occasional fanservice" ??
I feel the same way that mf writer got way too much screentime which make the readers mistaken him to be the main seme when he is just the villain , whereas the big brother whose the main seme received so much less time...he deserves more screentime with the mc
Yes, something that I dislike but can just ignore and go back to the plot. I won’t be a hypocrite and say I stopped reading / watching something just because rape was used as cheap fanservice, even though it makes me mad — for example, in Sword Art Online there were some really irrelevant rapey scenes done, in my perspective, just for those who wanted to see the female lead being uncharacteristically vulnerable while the hero sweeps to the rescue (hence fanservice), and although I was disgusted by that scene I skipped it and went back to watch the story. I didn’t discard SAO because of occasional scenes like these, even though it was more akin to fan torture than fanservice for me.
Yes, the writer is the kind of villain that gets SO much screen time that there’s no way to ignore him even if you wanted, and even though he had that kind of ending I honestly feel like it couldn’t really get that feeling across of revenge achieved or something, at least not for me. The damage he did was just way too much and for waay too long.
Also he died so easily...he should have suffered much more...the damage & trauma he caused people ugggghhhhh
I DEADASS WAS CRYING WITH THE MC AND THE BROTHER THEIR REALTIONSHIP IS SO SOFT AND SO HEALTHY AND THEYRE SO IN LOVE AND TRUSTING
