i think it's because camellia would ask ravi about their birth father (thinking they had the same one), and ravi being older should know, but he said he never remembered. When Camellia is putitng the pieces together of, how if this man is her father, then he cannot be ravi's, then ravi's story is being put into play on WHY he did not tell camellia of her birth father.

When it was mentioned? As far as I know, after Ash and Lyle got tgt, Lyle mentioned he cannot be pregnant because he is an alpha and can't give Ash children. And, Ash assure Lyle that he doesn’t want kids because of his trauma smtng like that.
