The duke needs to be married for at least 3 years if he wants a fighting chance at claiming the throne. She married him so he would make the time limit and she'd be protected from her mother. It wouldn't make any sense for her to try to push him and the saintess together and force them to get married in such a short time span. She wants them to fall in love naturally so i think it makes plenty of sense.

So I had high hopes(wellll...it's a harem novel, so not that high, but definitely higher than what I got) for this seeing as the art was absolutely gorgeous, and she seems like the "go with the flow while subtly saving myself" kind of villain which, don't get me wrong! Is very refreshing! Just...I feel like everything else was a mess.

: The male lead is zion. As far as I gathered, the reason he liked her is cause she read the novel so he thought she understood him. He's a massive fuckboy who found what he wanted in her without having to talk too much about himself. That's a big no for me.
As for the og ML...he did love erika, but he felt like he was never enough, so the years they were apart he used it to better himself until he thought himself "worthy"(which is just...so sad)
The mc seems to lead him on a lot only to break his heart by, for example, being caught making out with zion, so which the og ML tries to seek comfort by resting his head against og FL. Then mc has the audacity to get jealous...like;;;
Also, the og FL told the male lead to replace erika with her, so every time he got the urge to see her, hug her, etc, he should go to her instead. So, yeah, they've got that going on for them, I guess.
The maid in the promo is actually og FL's brother tho, who was sent there under zions orders...don't know much about him other than he likes teasing her.
As for allio/elliott...it's so obvious who he is and how he feels about her, it physically pains me to see her act so oblivious. Isn't she supposed to, like, be very knowledgeable and experienced with men??? How does she not notice his VERY obvious feelings towards her?!?!?!?
