She’s trying to Change the story line because if it goes according to the story line the sister will meet him then I think they fall in love (I forgot). Then the sister dies and he moves on.

Usually when I post a comment that isn't in favor of the male lead I just get a garage of comments telling me to "wait"(for got knows how long) cause he will treat her better "in the future"
At that point, the male leads have already been mean to her, disrespected her or her family, hurt her, and in some cases cheated and raped, but people still come at me for saying they should absolutely never get back together.

Ok, the headmaster saved the blond guy in order to get his head.
What I understood, he has changed other parts of his body with part of students bodies.
Azuma decided he didn't want lose his head so he changed his medicine and the headmaster medicine.
In chapter 5 page 26 he wake up
In page 27 we can see that he dress like one of the doctors and have a false head in that liquid, he give it to another doctor. Most probably he knock out the doctor we can see in page 26 and took his clothes.
Because they already had the head, they cut the headmaster head but realized too late that the head was false.
We can see a BEEEEP in page 27, this means that the headmaster body died.
So now Azuma took his place of the headmaster and the few people that knew the true accepted in order to keep him quiet about all the experiments the headmaster have done with his students!
