This is exactly why I love and hate the enemies to lovers trope. It’s nice to see the cute and vulnerable scenes after they’d been pushing and pulling but it’s agonizing getting through the “push and pull” parts they been going back and forth for almost 40 chapters and I’m sitting here wondering if they’re finally gonna take eachother srsly

but how did she even get to that? i wish they would just straight up communicate bc atp he keeps idolizing her and whenever he kind of attempts at flirting, or whatever you call this stuff they keep getting into, she deflects and comes up with these weird ass scenerios like him wearing that ballgown lmao. it gets irritating at those scenes where he's like "oh but she used to be a princess" and "how does she know to get down on her knees like that" bc he doesn't know how she's lived, being treated better as a slave than she was as a princess, but that's even more reason why they need to talk. and for her, i feel like she had these delusions before, but they kinda started getting weirder after the friend said he was gay. which is why i say i love the open-mindedness but no honey, not every man in your life is gay or into drag or whatever this girl is thinking. i wish he would just slip up and say "i know you used to be the princess of a kingdom i destroyed" so they would make SOME progress. this is getting frustrating bc c'mon, we're at ch 60 and she's still in her own little world and he's just crushing on her without even KNOWING her. i'm getting sick of this.
