I know right, if you think about it from a personalized perspective. We’re all affected by how our parents taught/raised us. For example, if someone’s parents raise them to be bigoted, it’s gonna take them a while to be inviting to other concepts. Actually some stay bigoted till bitter old age. Or another example, if their parents abused them, it may take decades to decrease the affects of the mental trauma. She had no one in her life to teach her self worth, or that the way her family treats her is not normal or healthy. Due to being isolated the only people she knows are the people who treat her like trash. Ever since she was an infant, not a single person treated her with basic respect.
