i beg to disagree. i know people who are still dumbfounded when asked about their sex despite their previous relationships, and i personally think it's fine to linger on the thought since love is a delicate and intricate subject for each and every person, but be it sl , bl, or gl touches this matter very lightly so, that's why it comes off as a shitty excuse of a plot to spice things up.

That’s true lol. I think it’s cause she wasn’t pompous when she met the MC. Cause another trope is that they’re super arrogant and annoying at first until they fall in love with the MC, but they also end up being the tsundere character and it’s the most annoying thing ever. However, choi haein didn’t follow those tropes, mostly cause solo leveling actually does have characters who don’t follow usual stereotypes and I love it because of that lol.
Try reading Return to Player. The female MC there is pretty badass too.
For me, I really like where the female starts being the companion first than having romantic feelings right away. It's really hard to find that kind of webtoon nowadays.

I’m pretty sure in the novel, he actually also had a... “biological reaction” when he was in the shower and just goes into a gay panic for a second before using the excuse that our jiu used XD
But in the next chapter, he just blushed in the shower so you don’t get that much info lol. I do recommend reading the novel, cause even though it’s not like a masterpiece or anything, it has a lot of funny tidbits that aren’t included in the comic and it’s kind of hilarious how much times the author uses the term vampire noble and sht like that, or “eyebrow raised” and “lips curled upward” XD cause it’s a lot
Also, people who’ve read it know what “jade rabbits mean” AND ITS THE FUNNIEST THING EVER CAUSE ONG WHO USES THAT TO DESCRIBE THE THING IT DESCRIBES XD
