hmm....I can't deny that Naho is a very good woman. She is serious when she's in love, even with the first boss, her first man who took advantage of her. She knows full well what kind of Sasaki is but still is in love and so obsessed with him. Her personality became over the top for me when she's too persistence to be with someone like Sasaki. Well, this type of person does exist in reality. A real person like me, I can never have that kind of patience and love like Naho has for Sasaki. I can never really say Naho is stupid, but pitiful. My judgement is Sasaki isn't the one that's worth Nano at all. Here about Sasaki that he didn't hide;
1. Sasaki himself told Naho that he doesn't want any serious relationship with anyone! He treats women like sex materials, sleeps with anyone who invites him, even he has so called girlfriend. It irritated me when he claimed women are like sex materials! He rejected Nano and claimed the one and only his love in his whole life is Chiharu, his childhood friend and big brother's wife. Saying he know she's his brother's but he still wants her for himself only! He told Naho that he will never love anyone like he loves Chiharu again! Got rejected like this Naho still give up!
2. Morals value, Chiharu and Sasaki have the same level of morals value. Chiharu slept with TV producer to get the job, cheating on her husband of course. When got drunk, Sasaki pushed Chiharu down and they had physical relationship. It wasn't clear that they've gone all the way but the assumption is they did it! Chiharu died because Sasaki put her, hangover from drinking too much, at backseat with unsafe seatbelt in the car while driving her back to see her husband! At this point I'm amazed that Naho still loves this guy!
3. Sasaki's brother and family never blamed him for what happened, even he fucked his wife!!! That's so forgivable big brother Sasaki has. Sasaki has severe injured and wound after the accident and he has to take strong pain killer like forever! He doesn't to live, nor sleep at night. It's like he wants to die and follow his love! My comment here, then why just don't kill himself already, since his existence hurts many women, treated them as sex materials! hurt them! Reality, the strong pain killer will destroy his kidney badly. There's no future with this guy, his love, his life.
4. Sasaki kept rejecting Naho again and over again, not twice but like hundreds! Naho can't see any good or love in other men. Sasaki rejected Naho but he's not helping since acting too kind and intimate toward her at the same time he rejected her! This makes things difficult for Naho to break off with him. Sasaki is selfish to rejected her with his half ass actions! Once Naho was close to be able to break free from him, going to the States with another guy, Sasaki was mad! What the hell is that? Naho herself then got pulled back in his loops of despair again.
5. Chiharu is the mother of bitch here that Sasaki and his brother love and respect so much even she died already! His brother found new love but didn't have the wedding ceremony in order to pay respect to Chiharu and afraid it will hurt Sasaki's feeling!! Now now what unicorn kingdom these people live. Chiharu's cheating bitch and died already! Why can't cherish and care who's alive!! Sasaki thinks he has to remain living his life miserable so he can remember Chiharu, not allow to be happy. Yeah like I said, this kind of attitude, he'd better die already. The whole manga Sasaki is always whining and yearning for Chiharu that annoying me as hell. At the end, even Sasaki accepts Naho in his life, but it's like he got the permission from Chiharu to do so! Every fuxing damn thing deepens on dead bitch Chiharu!
6. It was happy ending, Sasaki and Naho got married after Naho got pregnant. Stupid Naho still didn't want the wedding ceremony since thinking it's not fair for Sasaki and that damn bitch Chiharu! Sasaki was man up and made the ceremony happened. At the end, Naho agreed to be the nude model for their photography friend, along with her baby boy that she's holding him in her arms. Alas! Naho married a man who will yearn for and think about that bitch for the rest of his life! Great! But Naho deserves happiness after all, not that damn Sasaki!

Hi there, I would like to clarify some things.
Especially point 2, if you have actually read it (raws and translations), you will know that Sakisaka DID NOT sleep with Chiharu. There was no implication and this was clarified in the same chapter that they DID NOT SLEEP together. Chiharu even said so: that she expected him to, but he didn't.
Point 3, the reason why his brother and family forgives Sakisaka is not because HE SLEPT WITH CHIHARU, but rather because he was the reason for Chiharu's death. He skidded on an icy path and they crashed. Chiharu was in the backseat, with no seat belt and she died immediately. He regrets this, because if only he hadn't asked her to sleep without a seatbelt, if only he didn't send her back. He blames himself for being the cause of her death.
Point 4: In the latest chapter, Sakisaka is trying to move forward. This story will have a lot of pulls and pushes and it's to be expected. It's about how his past held him back and how he wishes to move forward.
Point 5: Chiharu didn't cheat for the sake of cheating. She did it because of work. Well yes, cheating is still cheating, but to label her as a bitch just because she was trying to secure something for her own dreams, is downright rude.
Point 6: Happy ending = Happy ending, let's leave it at that.
TLDR Stop bashing this manga up when you probably misread/misinterpreted some KEY POINTS in the story. Have a nice day.
Even reading what your clarifications, I still kinda agree with the original comment. Not in all the mean, nasty name calling, but with the fact that this story kinda sucks. I don’t know if I’d say it’s poorly written but it sucks if you’re looking for a happy ending where you 100% believe they are in love. He was kinda mean to her and she just let him. And as a romantic, it’s not a fun read. However, I can understand why some people might like this story.

Eh? Sakisaki kept thinking about Chiharu was more about the guilt for killing her, albeit it was an accident. Sakisaki blames everything about himself for Chiharu's death. If they didn't meet up that time, if they didn't spend the night together, if he didn't drive despite the weather, if he didn't let her sleep, if he didn't love her despite being his sister in law, she wouldn't die. But it does not necessarily mean that he still loves her, it was only an excuse to push Naho away. He thinks he is not worthy of any love. Sakisaka actually has loved Naho way back but he could just never let himself be happy or be loved. He thinks it's his forever punishment.
And lowkey, that's also the reason Naho just couldn't give up because she knows she is loved.
