What goes through your mind author-nim? I’m curious. Drugging doc then making him thirsty and now owes jk more than just money because he will help with his ‘relief’. But this just popped in my head, i think jk will learn that doc took the drug instead of him and he’ll be thankful??? Is this part of the plot for the redemption arc? Should i just let this manwha marinate for a good 1 year? ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
Maybe Ines is living her nth life. And she did suffer from the previous lives too, but I don’t think manipulating Carcel into divorce so she can be free is fair while justifying that he was originally a womanizer and he can just go back to his old ways. For every life she lived, she tried to live her best life but sadly, she lost to them everytime but where’s Carcel in the picture? I know she still intends to make sure Carcel lives happily after the divorce but most of the time, it’s the aftermath that counts, not the thought. Like, the dead ends their suffering and the living must carry their pain.
If she’s trying to change her fate, then why is he getting hate trying to change his womanizing ways? Also, why should Carcel suffer the consequences? And why do we have to bring up his womanizing days to justify that. It’s like she’s the only one that’s allowed to adjust to her new life while manipulating the other party to stay in the old one. She doesn’t have to fall in love with him if she’s not ready or still traumatized or doesn’t feel like it but they are married and he’s doing his best to make the marriage work. If somebody tells me, “so what if they’re married and/or he’s being nice to her. She can do what she wants because she deserves it and she suffered enough”, a big fat NO to you. In the first place, right now with the current arc of the manwha, she’s currently the only one who remembers their previous life so THAT first and foremost is already unfair to Carcel because he has no say to it and second, if you hate him for his womanizing days, then honestly, you’re a hypocrite for calling out people who made mistakes. Every single person has committed at least one sin. People including Carcel and Ines can change without burdening others. Lol. The way I see it, Carcel is doing that while Ines isn’t.
But i am excited to see the end though. I’ve read spoilers and saw they are indeed very much in love with each other so things worked out for the best.
To those who’ve read the novel, how many manwha chapters it’ll take to reach the main story ending?

If granny dies, as much as I don’t want to because she’s so sweet, JaeKyung will lose his trump card and Dan will no longer be the cum dump that he is. Just my theory. He won’t care about the financial thread JaeKyung has over him. I’m thinking something like JK puts his needs first before anything else and Dan goes along with it then granny dies with him knowing about it later on then regretting about following whatever JK wants.. I think that’s gonna be the turning point for Dan. Idk. But i’m 90% positive it’s gonna be granny that’s gonna make Dan realize JK is no superior human being that he needs to support regardless of whatever fucked up background or trauma JK has. He’s called an “emperor” but wait ‘til he loses his support system. I don’t want granny to die but I think that’s what’s gonna make sense for Dan. I mean, he’s going through this shithole and thinks he still needs to support the guy. Sheesh. You’d have to be abused your entire life for you think that you’re a slave to others needs which is not the case for Dan. All his pain is for his grandma who loved him dearly. If Dan loses something that he truly cares for which is his granny, I think that’s gonna change the pace of the plot. Granny is originally the reason for all of Dan’s efforts and sacrifices. *sigh* if i’m right about this, i’d just like to say to author-nim, “whyyyyy. She’s such a sweetheart though”
It felt like it was me getting poured on with cola. That made me feel angry and shitty haha I gotta give it to author-nim though, she really knows how to rile and hook the readers with angst and cliffhangers even after 37 chapters of almost zero character development for JK haha i wish there was a mass update!

In the panel where Killian looks at Edith eating that taffy candy stick, he’s seen to be blushing a little bit. But in the novel there’s a small scene. Edith asks if he wants to eat it too but what Killian wants to eat is different.
Even a cheap candy made a happy smile blossom.
“It is delicious. It’s very sweet, but it also tastes sour.”
If the 50-senna candy tasted good, it would have tasted like melted sugar.
However, Edith seemed happy as if she was eating a dessert that could not be tasted anywhere else in the world.

This one kind of ticked me off a bit. I know Jaekyung is bad ass haha but he’s the one who caused all the issue with Choi getting free appointments with Doc.
