I'm a sucker for catboys so I'm really enjoying this series so far hehe

I've read other manga where one cooks for the other and I really liked that idea so I thought this one would also be cute too but uhhhh. :// It's very uncomfortable seeing Seijiro treat the kid kindly while having other intentions. Grooming basically.
Btw I'm seeing a lot of "Grow up it's yaoi get used to it" type comments and as a BL for many years now it's not an issue of getting "used to it", this isn't something people should get used to.
Don't compare to Harada because her works are clearly defined as tragedies and they're main point IS to be sick and twisted. It doesn't normalize anything, unlike this one trying to pass it off as just a normal guy with a crush teehee wow so romantic .
But whatever, enjoy what you enjoy just understand that these kinds of behaviors in real life aren't cute at all and be aware of the potential harm these kind of stories can cause.

Well that sucked .
The idea was nice but the execution was lacking.
Really wish the story was longer so some things could've been cleared up and the end could've felt more fulfilling.

They're friends omfg and just a few chapters ago, Legosi was doing stuff w Kyuu so. They're not even officially dating as Haru herself mentioned. But regardless of that, how y'all this far into Beastars and still haven't picked up on the fact that Legosi n Haru srsly love eachother. They're just weird about it and have difficulty rlly expressing it.

Who do you think has been the main influence on Legosi's actions throughout the whole story ???? HARU. Just like Legosi, she's also been going though her own character development through experience and reflection, it's just more subtle.

Yes, I agree it was not ok to promise that, but don't forget that we don't even have context over what really happened and what was said that day. So don't jump to such conclusions and start looking down on her character.

I really hoped that there would've been more on Shinobu's backstory especially because he's such an interesting character. The story ended and it feels like we as readers still don't know much about him. Perhaps this was the mangaka's intention though,, for him to remain mysterious.
The ending overall was a bit disappointing. Although a lot of questions were answered from these last 2 updates, it wasn't as elaborate as I'd hoped for.
I've mentioned this before but the storytelling is great in this story, kept us on edge, however, with the way it ended, it seems as though us readers were left on edge. It wasn't complete.
I also would've appreciated more on the mother. She was such a prominent character throughout the story with how she loomed over Mizuki's daily life but the ending did her no justice. Her confession was quite abrupt.
That's all I really have to say. I enjoyed it nonetheless. I look forward to reading more of this author's works.

Ayo man wtf. Yoshiki is terrifying. I knew I couldn't trust this bowl cut mf, something felt off about him from the start. Tsukasa,,, I am so sorry,,.

Oh boy. I really wasn't expecting to like this very much but the storytelling is rather good. Rlly sucks that their relationship started from molestation :// but considering how restricted Mizuki's life is, ig it was one of the only ways it could've gone about. Im really curious over why Shinobu molested him in the first place ??? Because based off what I've picked up from him so far he just doesn't seem like the kind of person to do that. Plus I wonder if Mizuki is/was the only victim?
The suspense really reels you in. The look into Mizuki's thoughts and feelings keeps readers on edge. Makes you start feeling nervous too. Even the little details, like the mother's unshown face and Shinobu's blank eyes,, it all just adds to the story's unsettling atmosphere.
Two individuals finding relief from separate traumatic experiences within one another through physical intimacy. Definitely not the first time it's been done, but certainly one of the more interesting ones out there.
Can't wait to see how the rest unfolds.
