koreans should take notes(not all but mostly)
and the gaps in manhwas between each panels are just so long like entire page and in some cases its more than that. it's obvious they're just doing it to reach their quota and to make readers feel the chapter is long but no it felt frustrating instead
compared to this manga which is in webtoon format all the gaps between each panels are just right
and since this one a manga it isn't colored and yet it's way MORE beautiful compared to probably 90% of BL manhwas.

I was so worried he'd end up with the eldest one. if this was a korean manhwa, based on how korean authors love UNNECESSARY plot twists, they would've choose the eldest brother to the end instead of Hotaka. half way reading this made me really think the author will choose Soui but im so glad it didn't turned out that way, maybe he realized thats a stupid move.
Hota is the most deserving. i don't know bout u but imagine being BLAMED by your own father for the death of your mother, had to put his family firsts over anything else, had to always put up a smiley face just for the sake of not worrying others and the only place he could feel at peace is a STORAGE room.
Soui on the other hand got unnecessarily jealous and doing childish acts just because he can't admit he's a failure as a guardian. 18 years of taking care of your brothers but barely got them to open together with each other. he didn't do anything about Hota's struggle too. he's too much focused on keeping the status-quo.
Kai, boy thats sexual harrasment. no need to emphasis on this. you already know Hota is being a bridge for your slutty life and yet you didn't do anything to put a stop on it or at least talked to Hota about it, and now Hota finally got himself serious on someone and youre still not gonna back down? boy you got a lot of options ffs.
so Im so glad Yuito choose Hotaka, so 10/10
but i still hate the eldest brother...

this shit is 10/10
was written flawlessly and unpredictably.
the phasing was perfect.
and compared to other unrequited plots this one actually hit the mark (though i wished to see nakata's flowing tears)
my only complain is how abrupt Tanaka's realization is but thats understandable if he already liked Nakata waaaay before. and yes he betrayed Takinagi which also made him suffer to the point of distancing himself from Nakata and based on what Takinagi said; their relationship probably won't last either.
it would be even more dramatic and interesting if Takinagi didn't happen to see them kissing. imagine if they weren't caught, whats next for them? they would probably continue and hide their relationship from Takinagi taking the plot to a new choatic level.
also Futaba best girl! and that ending is so brilliant and funny.
this deserve and an anime for real

honestly! Can't believe there are people who hate this? I have read this manga more than 10 times or sumn, I love it so much. The plot is so engaging and doesn't get boring even after so many rereads. They are all still kids in highschool so I understand how confusing love can be and how fickle their "love" can be, it's very on brand with how highschool romances usually are irl in at sense.
I agree that Tanigaki not catching them would lead the plot in a different direction that would have been interesting to witness. But I still like how it ended. I like all the characters even with their slight flaws.
Also Futaba really is the best girl.

the love triangle plot is so interesting or should i say love square but anyway if this was a more dramatic manga it would be perfect.
kousuke would sob nonstop and be depress coz of the rejection and the mc will be confused asf... thats better imo
the mangaka made kousuke as a emotionless character which for me is so damn unfair.

The thing is I personally don’t like love triangles, but I feel like if this was done properly this could’ve been good. I feel like if he had ended up with his friend instead, and the other guy would’ve actually ended up being straight and he got his heartbroken, but from that he kind of like you know more stuff happened in between you know I think this would’ve been a better story. I think this would’ve actually worked out better.
for a long unrequited shit thats just how it ends??? his cowardness almost ruined the uke's life lmao
at least give us a scene where the uke is sobbing nonstop in front of the seme showing how much he had suffered from unrequited shit
and despite Masaki being a horrible one, I believe Maeda is the one that could change him. i mean at the end it really shows he's genuine on the inside.
