I’ve said it before and I will say it again- Last timeline Ruve and this timeline Ruve should be taken as two separate people- The last timeline was a “if it can go wrong, it will go wrong” and so everything went wrong but this timeline is completely different and people are actively not the same as the previous timeline. Acting as though this timeline Ruve is the one who did all the actions in the last timeline will never hold any water because he didn’t do any of it.
There are two kinds of siblings- blood related and emotionally related siblings. I hate to be that person but Yus has repeated that he has never seen her as a sibling and she prolly only sees him as someone who may harm her due to the plot. They’re not blood related and they are not emotionally siblings either- they also have not grown up together in a way that would create a legit sibling dynamic. If you don’t like it! That is incredibly valid and I don’t blame you. I feel pretty neutral on it just because they have no actual sibling dynamic especially when you consider that their current closeness is mostly due to contractual obligation to each other because Ran will give up being head.
Personally? I do not think it is because Imae does not like him any more but that he loves him too much- Ryujin has been giving him vague answers on what he wants to do with his fate which is putting a strain on Imae. Plus Imae’s trauma deals with people leaving him/abandoning him and Ryujin has not said “I will stay with you” which is what Imae wants to hear the most. He is anxious and nervous about losing someone he loves.
I know right. He never gives him a definite answer . Like I would be with u forever or anything and Ryujin looked happy to be a celestial. It pisses me off. The poor guy is constantly worried and he doesn't do anything to assure him.
Yesss and Ryujin has a habit of speaking over or assuming what Imae is worried about since Imae is one of few words. It’s something I noticed re reading (like when he assumed he was scared of water or when they were in the bathtub and Imae said he didn’t like it because it was too spacious. Ryujin tried to say that it was because of his fear of water again and Imae said that’s not it and Ryujin cut him off saying he would bathe him near the edges next time). It’s a consistent pattern where Imae tries to communicate but is either cut off by Ryujin or cut off due to plot reasons.
I feel because of their lack of communication .... I can't feel the romance through actions like ryujin was so conflicted with himself when he was trying to find out if he was really in love . But I don't really see it in his actions like he treats him more like a friend Than a lover even tho they have sex and "talk about their emotions". U expect them to act all different and lovely dovey but they're rarely like that. I vaguely feel the romance.But It's probably because there's a lot of actions. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I hope I can explain this correctly but essentially the MC is an unreliable narrator. If you reread the first chapter you will see a cat god creating a cat for the MC and at this point he could be recognized as Winter. Winter may have messed with his memories to try and fully recreate his life with MC without making him alarmed/realize what is going on. We are finding out WITH MC that Winter is not a dog (since Winter had altered in his memory) but that Winter is actually a cat and that his life is on repeat (to experience again). He is probably sharing Mr. Cats body tho idk.

Oki doki I don’t think people understand what the pen really means- it’s not just a pen to Seohyung, but it is the symbol of the end of his crush with Yuseong. He had been in love with him for so long that it having to help his crush find a present for his significant other was crushing. Then to find out that the significant other in question is his current pursuit must have been shocking. His current lover had ended his major crush and then proceeded to diminish the relationship despite the strong feelings Seohyung had. It probably felt as though he was, by extension, diminishing Seohyung’s feelings despite the fact he was probably trying to make him feel better about it.
Yes it was immature to avoid the dude after being intimate with him, but *SPOILER* they do end up working it out. Seohyung is still very green when it comes to relationships, and despite it not being the correct response to the situation, he doesn’t know better. I hope that kind of clears it up because the misunderstanding does seem to lie with symbolism.
