It’s cheating because she advanced using a cheat method that people don’t know about. People think it’s because of her hard work and aptitude. You stated before that she is not cheating anymore because she said told her master how many techniques she learnt. In my opinion that is equivalent to her saying that she aced blah blah amount of tests. It does not tell that she cheated to ace the tests.
