Honestly, I understand that it’s not okay for Glenn to use Ryan’s trauma for the sake of selling porn, but it’s also not okay for Ryan to put all the blame on Glenn because he consented to it.
Ed’s a disappointment. Things were going well between Ed and Glenn the first 30 chapters, but everything goes downhill after. He knows what he’s getting himself into when he signed up to film porn. #1 Yes, they Ed and Glenn did get back together. :)
In ch 59 Glenn and Ed had a serious conversation where, among other things, Glenn explained that all DVDs/porn in relation to Ed will be taken down and erased (it's clear that not everything can be removed, but Glenn would do his best to remove as much contents as he could find).
#2 This situation directly relates to your second question about the 0.5 mill $ in Ed's bank account. At the end of that conversation Glenn says for Ed to check his account because Glenn has transferred the money made from Ed's porn DVD to Ed. Glenn wanted to start from a clean slate with this gesture, that Ed should have that money at his disposal to spend however he saw fit (even if it meant giving it away to charity, if Ed didn't want it).
#3 Ed cried at the end of ch 60 out of relief and because he was overwhelmed with many emotions at once. Ed didn't expect to receive such a humongous amount of money - this mean he was able to finally pay off his debt to Change in full, he was able to return the original 50K to Glenn, he was able to donate the remaining sum to charity.
In the end Ed felt tremendous relief - all his life up to now he lived under strict limitations due to his poor financial situation, however now, all of a sudden, that immense pressure of debt has been lifted.
From this moment on, Ed would be able to start to live from clean slate, live a normal life.
It's sweet, really. Ed has finally broken out from the cage.
