just wanna remind everyone that this is indeed just a manga. obviously things depicted in the beginning of the story dont exactly line up with what is acceptable by most societal standards BUT in the story, the seme was clearly okay with it so whats the big issue??? it was a sweet story with wholesome characters, just enjoy it!

Honestly I understand you, someone isn't interested in dating another person but the other keeps on dating them and not allowing them to break up. It sounds toxic and icky but Makoto clearly does have an interest to some extent, if he didn't he wouldn't consider Harutos feelings when trying to break up. Plus Haruto isn't really hurting Makoto in any way other than annoying him occasionally.
have you read any of this with your eyes open? especially the first 10 chapters? he constantly takes what he wants deciding things for the bottom so the consent is dubious to non existent, he takes him to a love hotel while he’s drunk to - i will fucking say it - assault him there and his general demeanor is so damn high and mighty. he’s quite literally made himself icky
