anyway this is pretty realistic. in life when you care about someone, sometimes you put your mindset into theirs and it seems like thats the right way but its not. there are many cases, parents especially, who do that, but its most important when both parties come to an understanding and respect for each others views and not to push their views on one another. while dekis wants freedom by running away and living a normal life, medea wants freedom by power and smarts.

also its nice that the ml has a defined personality. he isnt suddenly overly emotional over opening up about trauma. he isnt one to just say his trauma but he isnt one to cover it up or hide it which is very "him" i like this consistency in character since sometimes the guy suddenly becomes super romantic at some point getting closer to the fl which comes off as out of character. hand holding cute, one step at a time
i really thought most people knew after that last wave of people asking and spoilers coming in on the futures of both couples!!! ahhh i really love the second prince but agree ernon and kasia are better together. second prince looks better with alicia even if they struggle a little at first. they have similar backgrounds and can probably relate to each other due to that and grow from there!
the ships at the end of this chapter were fantastic lol

I'm so glad that he didn't chose to push his feelings onto her. Most isekai manhuas where the king/crown prince falls in love with someone below their status they try to push their feelings onto the person and "convince" them that they should give them a chance. And in most cases the feeling is reciprocated so I guess its fine. But imagine how uncomfortable it must feel to have someone above your status force you like that. I'm glad our boy showed his feelings to kaisa in a way that she wouldn't question its sincerely but also at the same time backed off and didnt force her to answer him. He and Ernon are just so so good!
