if you’re a broke man you end up falling in love w a girl you either get the fuck up and work harder than you ever have to and don’t give up even when faced w failures (especially when in mincheol’s case where the woman is working her ass off) or you let the girl go. it’s infuriating how he blames her for his failures and insecurities acting if she is the reason why he couldn’t live a lavish life as a gigolo when it’s completely the result of his own actions and choices in life. he reminds of the typical “nice guys finish last” type of men who expect kindness to be rewarded and then blames the recipient of their kindness when it is not.
