Well, I think the case with Soo-Won and Yona is that they both come from the line of the Hiryuu. Plus, Yona has the appearance of hiryuu but the Dragons (although not admitted) do hold some sort of respect for Soo-Won. My theory is that they are both born from the same mother who had an affair with Il. Yuhon got angry and killed her (with help from subordinates) and claimed that it was a bandit attack.
