I had the same problem but found solution, if you press "click to show more chapters" and press "ch.0 : prolouge" it will work, it's just a deleted chapter that has nothing with the book to do, hope this helped

I think it's an alpha'cause the megane boy looks kinda affected by the pheromones and that's why Megumi ask his fathers in law their approval about marking Tsugumi's neck... I think
So from what I could translate the guy in glasses is an alpha but pretending to be a beta and when the uke is in the locker room with him, the uke goes into heat and the guy in glasses falls on top of him and almost tried to bite his neck. Which in the end of the chapter the uke and seme decide to become official pairs
