From my own experience reading manhwa there isn't any romance so far, the mc had a fiancee at the beginning, but they separated.
From what I read through spoilers about the novel, there doesn't seem to be any romance period, not to mention harem. His subordinates do get their own significant others, but not him.
Take it with a grain of salt, since I can't confirm it having not read the novel yet.
