Why is the rating so low?!!!
The FL is witty AND powerful. The art is great and the colourscheme fits! There isn't any isekai (not that I'd mind that) AND the story is unique.

I think a big thing to take is that the ML is sooo neurodivergent coded. In my humble opinion
But I can't tell whether to give the author their flowers for making such a character the ML?
Or to feel frustrated at the lack of support, societal understanding or clear stating of his needs? ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
I said that in the earlier chapters and hoped the ML would be better supported exploring his feelings and emotions. Hopefully leading to more understanding and emotional stability with the MC ╥﹏╥

WTF is going on with the red haired 'friend'??
It just feels so left field and unnecessary I don't get what the character really adds, apart from random and unneeded chaos.
We know the ex-fiance sucks and is weak...So we don't need the red haired 'friend' 'playing' with him to further show this.

I hear what folks mean about the possession reveal being rushed, especially after all of Edith's suffering.

We'd been seeing for a while his true personality, without the total control/ influence of the author, but to see again how far he went I.e. the research and then the apology

I think the author needs to get their flowers, because they showed AMAZINGLY that a child (even with their past memories and memories of reading the novel) is still only a child. And a commoner, in that time period, was still only a commoner.
We see it all. The FL and the other Serpentes went through HELL.
Brava to the author, because even with the knowledge of the suffering- NOTHING could've prepared the FL for the depravity of the wider Sepentes.
Nor how changed she would emerge from their kidnapping.
The helplessness. The PTSD. The rage. The sadness. The desperation.
I'm genuinely baffled by the complaints TBH.
Their revenge was *always* going to be complex, because their suffering was part of a much wider and darker scheme.
Largely, this was about family members willing to sacrifice those that loved them for the chance of greater power, influence and wealth.
And said family members forgetting that children grow up
This had the potential to be really sweet and wholesome, but the dialogue felt stilted and weird.

Sometimes I feel sorry for Fake Princess, cos if the situation were reversed and the main character was being continuously ignored I'd vehemently dislike the royals and Duke
I'm sorry but that battle was so disappointing.
I know it's not over, but after all the build up and chapters of practicing using her powers.
No one thought to ask, 'Hmm I wonder why the other person who had these powers lost and was murdered?!
I think she assumed that her mom didn't use the powers in order to not force the spirits to commit murder. Admittedly I didn't question it much because the woman was fridged decades ago, who knows if that's accurate ? But it does seem odd that someone marrying a presumed enemy to help kill him would have such a boundary.
Finale battle are really often disappointing like they last 3 or pages while they should've last 2 chapters bad guys always die too fast lol.....
