Not gonna lie, as someone with chronic conditions that initial scene with the ML and then the maids was triggering .
It really doesn't matter if we're usually in pain and/or discomfort- we never get used to it.
It still hurts. It's still distressing. And we still want, need & deserve comfort and understanding.
I can't tell if he was just saying that to be cruel cos he's pissed? Or cos he didn't think anything of it and was saying it to the frenemy, while just wanting to take her home?

Turns out song cheng yu lied to the world that she was an orphan which is why song dude's grandma took her in when she was like 5 years old. And the dumb sister ( i forgot her name ) she takes the evidence and exposes cheng yu to the media. the world finds out that cheng yu is a scheming green tea. i kinda forgot what else happen but after she dropped the bomb she quietly left to go to another city and disappeared.

I enjoyed the revenge, but the way the author depicted the FL's power was immensely frustrating
It would've been wayyy better to see it in some kind of physical manifestation and/or at least within her direct control i.e. prayers for her family or writing in her journal.
It just felt quite...wishy washy
So we never see the FL reconcile with her one good sister?? TF?!
Also, it seemed liked they were teasing the ML's brother having chemistry with Kienna. And yet no mention or actual development

I've lived it and it becomes incredibly difficult to disentangle yourself as you get older.
So I'm excited for boundaries to be explored in the upcoming chapters.
This is definitely some kind of cable TV telenovela/class K-drama type of plot, because no way could:
*A random person being switched in (regardless if they're the sister or blood relative) to replace the OG surrogate.
- Soooo much testing goes into the selection process
* Highly unlikely a surrogate could just disappear within the same city & country, with a baby. Especially if the family that sought the surrogacy was rich.
-They'd just hire a private investigator and hunt the person down ╮(￣▽￣)╭
But I'm a beliver in the importance of 'suspension of disbelief' so I'll read it without my critical thinking brain on (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
