Anyone else feel like the author definitely wants us to feel a particular way about OGFL....? It feels like she's trying to make her out to be the most 'promiscuous' person ever!
(Even hinting that she's also power-hungry and rejected the Duke (main villain with the weird horse manifestation) causing him to go off the deepend. As if he wasn't creepy and cray-cray from the start (●￣(ｴ)￣●))
Like we get it. She enjoyed having sex and attention. Now did she go about it the right way? No. But TBH she was damned from the onset. It's not like Kaliq *really* wanted to sleep with the OGFL either.
I'm not saying the OGFL was a saint, but her enjoying and utilising her sexuality shouldn't be seen as a crime.
Sooo many harem stories or MLs that have partner after partner, who only change when they meet the protagonist that 'isn't like other women'

Also, even if a plot may have a similar plot frame, it's how it's executed that's crucial.
Loads of unique and great sounding plots, have been massive letdowns.
Why? Sometimes authors & mangakas talk a big game, but they can't execute it well（￣へ￣）

I kinda wish her powers were either a bit more explicitly shown as coming from *her* actions and influence. I dunno, like her praying or wishing always leading to XYZ....
Or the FL just didn't have powers and her kindness, actions and hardwork were the cause of all the past good that happened to her horrid family.
As it stands now, while yes sucky things are happening to her mean family...TBH it just feels like karma for them being generally arrogant and rude to people....(￣∇￣")

How can *THIS* be rated so low?? The art is good. The plot is unique and funny. The FL is resilient and gifted. The ML is mysterious and cunning, but doesn't take himself too seriously.
I'm genuinely baffled ╮(￣▽￣)╭
The FL is not dumb AT ALL.
This is a different type of FL than usual manhwa. She is 'soft' but also resilient, loyal and determined.
She has been greatly abused prior to arriving and then worked really hard to:
A) Develop her new home.
B) Become comfortable with her new people. C) Start building a friendship and romance with her new husband.
D) Slowly build coping mechanisms for her social anxiety.
In what way has she been dumb??
She's rightfully angry in chp. 32 because she thought the ML & her were united partners, who told each other everything
I think the initial chapters were 'exhibition'/preview chapters to gain interest and probably from chapter 15/16 is when the new artstyle started. Likely, this will be the style that remains.
I'm not mad though Both styles have their positives and the current is still incredibly beautiful & emotive art.
Now we all knew she was going to that cliff What *is* annoying though is that after all that...The resolutions are so quick and smooth.

You're considered 'illegitimate', so aren't viewed as noble enough and are *CONSTANTLY* discriminated against by both your own family and society.
And if you are a noble the academy, which is crucial for any sort of standing, costs a small fortune that only can be afforded by the top of the top of the nobility
Maybe because I've read so many similar plots, but it feels a bit OTT for the FL to spend sooo much time and effort on this revenge scheme ╮(￣▽￣)╭
In other plots, we get:
*The maid was her friend from birth and her fiance & maid destroyed her family. Then killed her parents etc.
*Or the guy stopped the FL from attending the academy and forced her to take all his tests etc. Followed by dumping her at the altar after ruining the FL's reputation...etc.
At this point it feels more like the FL can quite easily dust herself off from this TBH (￣∇￣")
Totally get the FL wanting Giselle and her maid to suffer for taking advantage and breaking her trust. But this amount of effort??
